Becky Korman is a producer whose work spans both feature films and short-form content. She co-produced the feature documentary THE RETURN, which won the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival Audience Award for Best Documentary and screened on Capitol Hill and in prisons nationwide. After its release, Becky led the national impact campaign, THE RETURN PROJECT, which enhanced local reentry support by creating employment opportunities for returning citizens. In 2015, she co-produced EL POETA, which aired nationally on Latino Public Broadcasting's VOCES, and produced the first two episodes of the PBS documentary series FOOD FORWARD. Her short-format projects include collaborations with various Alphabet companies, such as Google X, and Apple’s education and business divisions, featuring celebrities, including Justin Timberlake and Pharrell.
Since founding K180 Studios with her siblings, Becky has transitioned her focus from documentary to narrative feature films that center on complex and diverse Jewish characters.
In addition, Becky is the co-creator and co-host of the multi-award winning Friday Night Movie podcast, which she runs with her siblings, Shai and Lily. Since its launch in 2017, the podcast has released hundreds of episodes, with new recordings every week.

Lily Korman is a seasoned producer, writer, editor, and podcaster with over 15 years of experience in business strategy and leading high-impact international marketing campaigns. Throughout her career, she has orchestrated major sporting events that draw thousands of participants from across Europe annually. In addition to her work in event production, Lily is a successful entrepreneur and co-founder of the multi-award-winning Mugendo Martial Arts franchise, based in the Canary Islands, which has become a renowned institution in the region.
Lily’s passion for storytelling extends into the world of podcasting as the co-host and co-founder of the Friday Night Move Podcast. Her dynamic hosting style, alongside her co-hosts, has earned the team back-to-back Signal Awards for Best Co-Host Team in both 2022 and 2023.
Before settling into her current roles, Lily cultivated her artistic and business acumen in diverse fields, including fashion photography, graphic design, copyediting, and marketing. These experiences gave her a unique perspective and set of skills that she continues to draw from in her entrepreneurial and creative endeavors.

Shai Korman is a film producer, podcast host, musician, and communications expert whose accomplishments span diverse creative and professional fields. In 2021, he co-founded K180 Studios with his sisters, best friends, and creative partners, Lily and Becky, producing their first feature film, "The Floaters," coming soon.
In 2017, Shai co-created the fan-favorite Friday Night Movie Podcast with his sisters, capturing their unique sibling dynamic through humor and insightful pop-culture discussions. The podcast has amassed a loyal following, appeared live at pop-culture events across the United States—including SXSW and Baltimore Comic Con—and won four Signal Awards between 2022 and 2023.
Prior to working in film, Shai had a 20-plus year career in public service, communications, and national security. At the U.S. Department of State, he was the Director International Media Engagement and earned multiple Edward R. Murrow Award nominations for excellence in public diplomacy. He also served as Director of Communications at the United States Institute of Peace and the Center for a New American Security.
Shai is also the co-writer and drummer for the indie rock band, What Does It Eat, and was the co-founder of early 2000s Montreal music scene mainstay, Bear Left.
